Today I started on second lesson with the infamous class , almost half of them. I am very happy to see the enthusiasm in every students I taught. They are just need someone to motivate and encourage them. I made the class more interesting and lively with certain ground rules made by me.

- Minimum noise hence to induce discussion
- Complete my assignments on time or else they will be returned to the own class
- Explain to me what they learnt if they want to go for toilet break.

Then after that, I went for my break on my own again. Then I need to invigilate the upper secondary class at 10am for the science practical. It had been a long time I entered the science laboratory, not that I was excited about but just to recall the sweet experience I had in the laboratory with good friends.

Same chemicals, same apparatus, same procedure but different environment.

After that, I quickly rushed to the NUH for my medical check-up, taking taxi there. I knew I was late, hence my appointment changed at 1pm. I hate waiting time, I did not have any time to go back to my class for the remedial with some students who requested for me.

I went to Orchard Road for my late lunch and then went to gym for nice stress out workout for 2 hours.

I am going to miss my gym regime, I need a life and vitality.
