Bloated
1) Eating porridge cooked by my mum
2) Eating a lot of green and red apples (with addition of beetrot) with occasionally other kinds of fruits, not water melon.
3) Drinking leman hot water early money.
4) Taking a stroll on the park to stimulate blood circulation
5) Washing hands after toilet using medicated soap.
6) Drink a lottttttttttttttttttttttt of water almost 4 buckets
Cleanliness is next to godliness and Man's health is actually Man's wealth. I did not take care well of my own personal hygience which I neglected much.
My grandparents came down to visit us and see how I was doing.
