A friend from Johor Bahru

Today I woke up early because I was going to fetch Kay from Kranji Mrt Station. I waited for him for one hour because it was his first time coming to Singapore.

Once he arrived, I taught him to take MRT train and bus using EZ link card. We chill out at my home first before going to City Hall.

We walked around the city hall and then to city link to proceed to Esplanade. I just wanted to show him the famous durian-shaped architecture and the Merlion

Too bad, The Merlion was under cleaning process.We took a bus to Orchard Road and showed him around the place until i decided tio watch Move : Superman Returns first before shopping.

The movie sucks and I don't like it at all. Waste of time and money. Then we walked around the Heeren, then go Far East Plaza for dinner after walking around the shopping center. Then we walked to Border Store for awhile. Kay bought magazine. Then I persuaded him to stay overnight at my house because it was bit late to go back to Johor now.

Hence he agreed, we went to Zara boutique and then topman stores.

We reached home at 11pm. He was welcomed by my parents. My mum prepared some bedsheet, pillow, towel and toothbrush for the guest. We chatted awhile, played xbox games before hitting the sack

I was so tired

Perhaps I did some workout...

Today I decide to make a visit to gym . It had been a long time I enter gym. Today i trained hard on my chest and back as well as abds since I am visibly skinny and haggard.

Then I did bodycombat.

From Orchard, I went for tuition. I felt tired and weak suddenly. And my stomach gave me trouble.

Is this the sign of ageing?

Spent with parents

Went to IMM to do my spect and get contact lenses. I bought coloured grey lense and I wonder it would suit me. I wanted brown-coloured lens.let's see about it

After that, we went for grocery shopping.

I went back home alone as my parents want to visit my uncle who just had an operation on his toe due to diabetes.

Saturday nite fever

Not in the mood to go out. I felt weak and tired. My sickness still not recovered yet. My one week was wasted for nothing. I just do some work for my tuition for the school reopen on monday.

Life sucks!

Medical Examination

I went for the medical Check-up at Raffles Hospital. I was worried my previous illness will affect my medical assessment actually. I thought of postponing to other day but I just go for it nevertheless. I did urine test, eye test, glucose test and then time to meet the doctor.

He check my blood pressure and other else. He was shocked to know that I had HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE. He did the check-up again and realised that it increased for second time.

He request for ECG to see the heart condition. I told him that I just recovered from illness.

I am so young and had HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE. Damn sad!



I have bent spine/ backbone. I am such ill-fated guy.

Feeling Better

I continue my drug medicine again because I did not want my illness to affect my medical check up tommorow. It was my big day.

Usually, I was more than happy to do medical examination before/during army in case I could be downgraded to Pes C/E for any disability I had inside or outside.

Now, I felt more nervous. perhaps the medical examination meant so much to me

I was half-dead

Suddenly I cannot take it anymore. Detoxifying is killing me more than healing me. I broke the regime and took a drug(panadol), lozenges and cough syrup to soothe me.

I feel much better and then take a rest.

Wasted.

I feel slightly better but the headaches are killing me.

I continue my detox diet today. I was almost half-dead. My whole body start to develop rashes and I lose weight fast.

I look like skeleton. I guess sickness make one skinny faster.

Detox gone wrong

Today, I could not even get up from the bed. I was sick terribly. I had never felt so weak and terrible before. My head was too heavy and become burden with headaches.

I guessed that maybe I detox myself today and two more day later. I may recover faster. Hence today I just had a juice fast whole day.

The pain became unbearable and it kills me.

I slept almost 24 hour.

Begining of nightmare

I feel sick today. My eyes brought me pain and itchiness. I don't even have any appetite and had fatigue whole day.

I spent whole day at home resting, with eyes close due to itchiness

Laysie Birthday

Today I woke up damn late because the weather was just so nice. I missed my gym training again. I just waited for the time to go to Holland Village. I dressed up and went to Jurong point to buy a cake. I was in dilemma wehther to buy a small tiny cake just for her or a whole big set of cake.

I was eyeing on the brownies cake but I afraid laysie might not like it. I did not want it to be wasted like last time when we were celebrating David's birthday. At last I decided to buy the cutesy cake for laysie - My Melody Cake.

Then I took a train to Buona Vista and walked to Laysie's house. I was early actually although I was late for the tentative time. Then Dzul came. We chatted awhile while wiating for Liza who came quite late ( 1 hr later ) due to work commitment.

Laysie ate the KFC food first while waiting for her. I joined her too. Then we watched some DVD movies while eating.

Then liza came and then had a dinner. Then we started to have a cake cutting ceremony. Even though her birthday was two days earlier, we enjoyed the celebration.

At 8.30pm, we went to settler's cafe because I did the booking earlier. We order drinks and appertizer ( black pepper french fries) .

We played Blokus game.Dzul was really good at strateging the games which delay the time. For second round, we three allied against dzul and make him lose and then we three compete each other again. Then we play hamster rolls. Laysie would win such games. smiles . Then we played Taboo Games. I partnered with Laysie and Lizah with Dzul.

The verdict was..................Dzul/Lizah combo won. I hated losing actually but it is just about having fun and enjoy company. We share cost of the games but actually I have great news to tell them but then I don't want my detractor to know about it hence I just keep quiet.Then we walked back to Laysie's house and then three of use took a train home. We shared the cost of gift for Laysie.

Halizah had to buy supper for her cousin at Jurong Entertainment Centre while the rest went back home.

#1 - Why when people get attached and knew that the relationship won't last long, yet still forsake long-time friendship for such 'love'? I just hate it.

#2 - Never buy cake that looks cute.It taste horrible.

#3 - It is my dream to have a birthday cake with candles and then people sing a song for me and then I make a damn wish and blew candle. I have no opportunity to do that since kindergarden. My wish, hopefully comes true.

Dinner @ 3 monkeys Restaurant

I had so much things to do today.Then suddenly Ridz called me for a dinner at 8pm in Town. I was not in the mood to travel so far because by the time I reach Town, it will be 10pm. It was kinda of late to have dinner in town.

He told me that he was driving and going to fetch me from my home. Defintely the easier way to locate me was me to travel from my home to the bus-stop opposite the City Harvest Church. I just wore dressed-down clothes - in singlet and berm with slippers and wait for him. I thought that we might have a dinner nearby like Boon Lay Market.

Then he drove back to town to have a dinner. He suggested the restaurant named 3 monkeys restaurant at Orchard Tower. I reluctantly accepted somehow. He just bought the car recently, similar to my sister.I am so wanted to buy one.

Then we walked to the restaurant which was situated behind the Orchard Tower. The place was quite cosy with big TV screen. I ordered Tempura Fish and Chip whereas Ridz ordered might joe burger. We sat down and did some catching up for awhile. THen I asked Ridz to just drop me near Clarke quay while he can proceed from there to Changi Airport.

Short but fulfilled.

A meeting with Edmund Ng

Today I went to California Gym for a fast cardio workout before meeting Edmund later.I realised that the gym underwent a major renovation. The machines and the free weight section had been shifted to strategical manner where everyone can see everyone. Good changes for majority of people there. I did 20 minutes of running and then went for bodycombat class conducted by Suhaimi.

Then I hit the shower and changed. I took a bus 124 to Citi Hall and did some shopping. I bought Evening Primrose firming Mask ($26.90)and Papaya Body Scrub ($28.90) to my vanity cart. I had a lot of dead skin cells because I looked damn dull nowadays and my face needed major firming. I was defying the nature of gravity.

Then I bought a shoe bag at Royal Sporting House and window-shopped at G2000 for the shirts and pants. Then I walked to the bus-stop and took a bus to China square. I was just to lazy to walk plus it was raining drizzling.

I waited by the fountain for Edmund. At 7pm, he came eventually and what surpised me we wore same colour of tops. It was kinda of funny , as if we were wearing uniform. Then we could not decide what's for dinner. We walked around and settled down for Satay near ex-Boom Boom Room club. We did come catching up for a long time. We did not really sat down and have a proper conversation. Still himbo as ever.

Then we walked to 7 Eleven store to buy soem snack as he needed to continue his work later. Then we parted our way. I went back home.

#1 - Always bring shades in case you don't wish to be entangled in awkward situation where you don't wish to bump people who you don't really wish to meet until in hell. Use shades as cover up and increment of own style.

#2 - I need to have a haircut desperately.It is so damn flat now.

#3 - I have enough of seeing people sucking to celebrities even in the course of work. It took place in gym.Do singaporean celebrities deserve such start cheap attention when they need a major attitude makeover.

Today I spent almost $100 on toiteries and beauty products at Mustafa Centre. I think I am damn crazy.I am such an impulsive shopper.

Hair Wax.Hair Dye.Facial Wash.Neugeno Products.Shower gel.Hair spray.....more.

I feel good after that. I wonder why.

#1 - I have been having vegetable soup for past few days because I am going to Indonesia next week, hence more nice food. Nice food mean gain weight. I have to do intensive cardio workout and low card diet
#2 - Never, never get closer to your students because they will lost respect to u once they treat you as a friend more than a educator.

Da Vinci Code

#1 - Da Vinci Code Movie is not as detailed as the book itself. This is my first time to read the book and then watch the movie based on the novel.Truly amazing.
#2 - Wasabi at Ramen Tei restaurant is not that hot and piercing than those at Sakae Sushi Restaurant. I can swallow it somemore.
#3 - I love brownies. What's new, anyway? But I love the attention at NYDC cafe.
#4 - Just smile and don't be self-conscious much. Just don't bother much about the people surrounding you. Just enjoy the life.

celebration of Sanhua's birthday

25th February 2006 - Today I tried to con David to go out with me, hence asked him to meet me at Holland Village. I met Halizah first to buy cake and other food perhaps. Once I alighted the bus at the destination, I lost my wallet. I ran after the bus I took earlier. When I walked over to the seat, I sat earlier, I searched for the wallet but I knew through six sense, the old couple alighted quickly and changed the bus behind. I guessed they took my wallet because while
I was running, I saw them sitting on the same seat.

I alighted the bus, feeling disappointed. There went my money, a lot of them, cards and important receipts. I don't even have money to pay Halizah back and bought the stuff. I met her and told her about the incident. She told me to make a police report first while she handle the rest. I walked toward to NDP near Jurong Junior College and then stopped. I realised how many time wasted going there and then took a bus to Buona Vista. I decided to join Halizah and bought the food and cake first and then proceeded to the NDP at Buona Vista perhaps.

We took a cab to Laysie house. I called David to meet me at laysie's block. He was actually reluctant to go until I persuaded him that and broke the news that the gathering is a birthday celebration for him. Halizah and I went up to laysie's home and Zul was already there. Eventually, Sanhua came later. 

Zul bought some food from Mcdonalds and we bought fried rice and chicken and of course the delicious lychee/Peach cake from Prima Deli.

Then after meal, Laysie is going to prepare dessert for all us - strawberry fondue. Apparently, Halizah did most of job. I don't even know what double-boiling was. Zul and I did some washing while the girls did the preparation

This is called double-boiling. Boil the water first then half-submerge the container containing chocolate. The boiling water will melt and warm the chocolate.

Monopoly Time - At first laysie was richest among us.

The battle/land conflict between Laysie and Dzul. Halizah the banker caught in between.

Finally, Dzul won. I never lost that bad. I hate it. Then I went back home with halizah and Dzul because I need to make police report. I alight near Jurong Junior College to make report. I thanked Halizah for lending me money to go back home. I owed her so much. I cursed those couple for stealing my wallet. I was not in the mood at all. What a day to start my week. At the only consolation was to make my good friend David enjoy his birthday and other having great fun. I really don't know what to say to my mum about it. I sure I got nagging.
